Construction is moving along on 300 East 83rd Street, a 22-story residential building in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Lalezarian Properties, the 235-foot-tall structure will span 93,682 square feet and yield 70 condominium units with an average scope of 1,305 square feet, as well as cellar level and ground-floor retail space. A portion of the homes will be reserved for affordable housing. The property is alternately addressed as 1594-1598 Second Avenue and located at the corner of East 83rd Street and Second Avenue.

Designed by DSM Design Group and developed by Marx Development Group, the 642-foot-tall skyscraper will yield 379 guest rooms and amenities including a business center, a ballroom, banquet and conference spaces, a spa, a fitness center, and a multi-level restaurant with a bar and outdoor terrace. Construction has topped out on Jasper, a 13-story residential building at 2-33 50th Avenue in the Hunters Point district of Long Island City, Queens. Designed by S9 Architecture and developed by The Domain Companies, LMXD, Bridge Investment Group, and The Vorea Group, the 125-foot-tall structure will span 550,000 square feet and yield 499 units in studio to three-bedroom layouts with 150 reserved for affordable housing, as well as 40,000 square feet of retail space, 503 square feet for a community facility under the Brownfield Award, 111 enclosed parking spaces, and a 30-foot-long rear yard. The $370 million project is alternately addressed as 49-20 5th Street and is bound by 49th Avenue to the north, 50th Avenue to the south, and 5th Street to the east.
