A pair of developers are taking a chance on an industrially zoned strip in Sunnyside, just across the rail yards from Long Island City. They just filed plans for an eight-story office and medical building there at 38-01 Queens Boulevard, on the corner of 38th Street.

Collegiate School’s New 10-Story Building Tops Off at Riverside Center

The Collegiate School sold off its buildings on West 78th Street to its landmarked neighbor, the West End Collegiate Church, and now the new campus for the tony, all-boys educational institution is rising at 301 Freedom Place in the Riverside Center development.
