The project is located at 127 Avenue, between 8th and 9th Street, and its architect of record is JCT Engineering. Permits list the applicant as Sharon Hakmon of 127D Realty LLC.
Globiwest Hospitality has finally begun construction on its planned boutique hotel at Third Avenue and Sixth Street, where excavation kicked off last summer. The foundation and first floor were going in when YIMBY stopped by earlier this week.
