Designed by Michael Kang Architect and developed by Vision Asset Group LLC, the 91-foot-tall structure stands at the corner of 21st Street and 41st Avenue by the 21st Street-Queensbridge station, servicing the F train. Sam Sai Hospitality LLC is set to operate the 34,440-square-foot hotel.
Exterior work is nearing completion on the Innolabs life science facility at 45-18 Court Square in Long Island City, Queens. Designed by Perkins + Will and developed by King Street Properties, Newmark Knight Frank, and GFP Real Estate, the project involves a ground-up six-story addition in multiple wings and the rehabilitation of the central building. The property is located just south of Jackson Avenue between Court Square West and Pearson Street, and is a short walk from the Court Square subway station, servicing the 7, E, and G trains.
Façade work is progressing on the topped-out superstructure of “Parcel G,” a 34-story tower in Hunters Point South, Queens. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Gotham Organization, the building will yield 443 residential units, of which a portion will be dedicated to affordable housing, as well as a lower-level community facility for Flux Factory and for kayak rentals. The site is located by the intersection of 2nd Street and 56th Avenue.

Designed by Isaac & Stern Architects and developed Brooklyn North Capital and Riverbrook Equities, the 58,630-square-foot structure will yield 43 condominium units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, averaging 918 square feet. DNArc Design Studio is in charge of the interiors and The Serhant Team and Nestseekers International are responsible for sales and marketing for the property, which is situated along Lexington Avenue between East 30th and 31st Streets.
Construction is rising rapidly on “Parcel F,” a 58-story residential skyscraper in Hunters Point South, Queens. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Gotham Organization, the structure will yield 689 residential units alongside Parcel G, its 34-story, 443-unit sibling. A low-rise grade school building will be located in the middle of the complex, which is situated on the southern tip of the Hunters Point peninsula at the confluence of the East River and Newton Creek. Parcel F is bound by Center Boulevard to the north, 56th Avenue to the east, 57th Avenue to the west, and is rising above Hunters Point South Park Extension.
