Permits have been filed for an eleven-story mixed-use building at 350 East 18th Street in the Gramercy neighborhood of Manhattan. While it is technically in Gramercy, the site is about seven blocks away from the famed private park, and is situated across the street from Stuyvesant Town. CIM Group will be responsible for the development.

JDS Development and Property Markets Group are behind the project.
Renderings have been revealed 2016 Arthur Avenue, a nine-story affordable housing complex coming to Tremont, The Bronx. Foxy Management will develop the building, with an affiliation to the Riverdale-based Hebrew Home for the Aged. This will be their second project working together, after the identically natured and 90% complete 1880 Boston Road.

The site is nine blocks away from the West Farms Square subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Just five blocks away is the famed Bronx Zoo. Neighborhood Restore HDFC is listed as responsible for the development.
