But today, one developer filed plans for a mixed-use building with apartments and ground-floor manufacturing at 37-29 33rd Street, in a subdistrict known as Dutch Kills.

But a tipster has sent along a photo of new signage that has just gone up along the construction fencing, and we also have a fresh rendering of what the 777-foot tall building will look like, viewed with its neighbors along Madison Square Park.

The 51-story tower rising at 5 Beekman Street, next to the landmarked, 19th century office building known as Temple Court, is close to topping out. A reader sent along these construction shots and told YIMBY that workers are constructing the top four floors of mechanicals for the 700-foot-tall structure.
