Designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by Anbau Enterprises, the 325-foot-tall structure yields 44 condominium units with sales and marketing led by Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. Flatiron House’s taller component is called the Tower and features 37 one- to four-bedroom homes with an entrance facing West 23rd Street; the shorter volume is dubbed the Loft and comes with seven one- to five-bedroom residences and a separate entrance to the north along West 24th Street. Ryder Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot between Fifth and Sixth Avenues.
Construction is complete on 169 Huron Street, a six-story residential building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Designed by INC Architecture & Design and developed by RedHoek+Partners, the structure yields 11 condominium units in one- and two-bedroom layouts with marketing by Compass, as well as ground-floor commercial retail space marketed by Kassin Sabbagh Realty. Albeco Construction was the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of Huron Street and Sgt. Nicholas Aleman Way.
Exterior work is progressing on 69 Adams Street, a 26-story residential building in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Designed by Fariba Makooi of Fischer + Makooi Architects and developed by The Rabsky Group, the 280-foot-tall structure will span 258,200 square feet and yield 225 units in studio to two-bedroom layouts, as well as 60 feet of retail frontage, a 25-foot-long rear yard, and 61 parking spaces. Galaxy Developers is the general contractor for the property, which is bound by Front Street to the north, York Street to the south, the elevated Manhattan Bridge roadway to the east, and Adams Street to the west.

ES Builders Group was the general contractor for the project, which is located between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue South. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing for the residential component.

Designed by Peter Poon Architects and developed by FIT Investment Corporation, the 311-foot-tall structure yields 77,310 square feet and 173 guest rooms. Cauldwell Wingate was the general contractor for the Lower Manhattan project, which is located at the southwest corner of Trinity Place and Rector Street, diagonally across from Trinity Church.
