Construction is nearing completion on the second phase of Vantage, a two-tower residential complex at 33 Park View Avenue in Jersey City. Designed by S9 Architecture and developed by Fisher Organization, the development features twin 44-story towers and will yield a total of 900 apartments. Phase two features 452 homes ranging from studios to two-bedroom units.
Construction has topped out on the MGM Marin Boulevard, a 41-story residential tower at 331 Marin Boulevard in Jersey City. Alternately addressed as 184 Morgan Street, the project is designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve and is being developed by The Albanese Group, and will yield 482 units, 121 parking spaces, a 125-seat theater, and 14,000 square feet of amenities. The site is located within the Powerhouse Arts District, directly to the south of 351 Marin Boulevard.
Construction appears to have topped out at 88 Regent Street, a 32-story mixed-use project in the Liberty Harbor North Redevelopment section of Jersey City. Designed by Marchetto Higgins Stieve and developed by 88 Regent Street, LLC, the development will yield 392 rental apartments, 9,110 square feet of retail space, and 5,595 square feet of commercial office space.
Façade work is progressing on The Charlotte, a 57-story mixed-use skyscraper at 25 Christopher Columbus Drive in Jersey City. Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects for Mack-Cali’s Roseland Residential Trust, the 626-foot-tall reinforced concrete superstructure topped out back in early September, and its glass and metal curtain wall has since risen more than halfway to the parapet. The property will yield 750 units with interior design by Fogarty Finger. Melillo + Bauer Associates is the landscape architect, DeSimone Consulting Engineers is the structural engineer, AMA Consulting Engineers is the mechanical engineer, and KSS Architects is the designer of the school that will be located in the podium.
Excavation is set to begin at 144 First Street in Jersey City‘s Powerhouse Arts District, the site of a 12-story mixed-use building. Designed by Fogarty Finger Architecture and developed by EPIRE, the project will yield over 111,000 square feet with 84 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units.
