HAP Investments made its mark on Manhattan building splashy rental buildings in Harlem and Washington Heights. Now, the firm is pushing forward with its first major downtown project, a two-building, 290,000-square-foot residential development on West 28th Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues. They’ve filed plans for the second 21-story building in the complex, at 225 West 28th Street.
A huge development with three 19-story buildings—two residential ones and a hotel—is coming to a Flushing industrial property that hotelier Sam Chang sold last year. The new developer, Flushing Point Holdings, filed plans for the two apartment towers today at 131-02 40th Road, also known as 40-70 Delong Street.

Now, they’ve filed plans for a sizable four-story building at 36-02 34th Avenue, at the corner of 36th Street and across the street from their two main studios.
