Designed by COOKFOX and developed by SL Green Realty in a collaborative partnership with Giorgio Armani Corp., the 189-foot-tall structure will yield 91,179 square feet with ten condominium units and a 19,387-square-foot Giorgio Armani flagship boutique. Leeding Builders Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Madison Avenue and East 65th Street.

Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group and developed by Wildflower LTD, a venture backed by Jane Rosenthal, Robert De Niro, and his son Raphael De Niro, the 145-foot-tall structure will yield 775,042 square feet with sound stages, 11 studio modules, production support areas, public and private offices, a fitness center, multiple lounges, two open-air terraces, and a 20-foot-wide public waterfront esplanade along Luyster Creek. Leeding Builders Group is the general contractor for the $600 million project, which is being built on a 229,000-square-foot plot by the intersection of 19th Avenue and 38th Street, next to the Steinway & Sons piano warehouse.

Suffolk Construction is the general contractor, Enzo Enea is the landscape architect, and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is alternately addressed as 76 Eleventh Avenue and stands adjacent to the High Line on a trapezoidal plot bound by West 18th Street to the north, West 17th Street to the south, Tenth Avenue to the east, and West Street to the west.

The project is referred to as Tower B in a two-skyscraper development along with the taller 601 West 29th Street from FXCollaborative and Douglaston Development. Hudson 37 LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot between Eleventh Avenue and West Street, directly across from the third phase of the High Line.
