A huge development with three 19-story buildings—two residential ones and a hotel—is coming to a Flushing industrial property that hotelier Sam Chang sold last year. The new developer, Flushing Point Holdings, filed plans for the two apartment towers today at 131-02 40th Road, also known as 40-70 Delong Street.

Now, they’ve filed plans for a sizable four-story building at 36-02 34th Avenue, at the corner of 36th Street and across the street from their two main studios.

That same day, the former Empire State Dairy Company complex, also in East New York, was added to the Landmarks Preservation Commission’s calendar. On Tuesday, the designation process continued.
