Rockefeller Group’s Art Deco-Inspired 30 East 29th Street Fully Unveiled in New Renderings, in NoMad

Currently under construction is 30 East 29th Street, located in the heart of NoMad amongst a fever-pitch pace of condominiums and hotels sprouting up in the neighborhood. Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture, the project is being developed by the acclaimed Rockefeller Group. A teaser website has been released and new Art Deco-inspired renderings are also being unveiled for the first time. The building is also getting a new name for itself, called “Rose Hill.”

Brooklyn Heights’ Newest Residential Tower Revealed at 200 Montague Street As Plans Head to LPC

The existing four-story building at 200 Montague Street, aka 192 Montague Street, will make way for a new 20-story Beyer Blinder Belle-designed structure. The 10,000-square foot site sits directly adjacent to 75 Livingston Street, aka 16 Court Street. Because the project is among the Borough Hall Skyscraper Historic District in Brooklyn Heights, plans for the new development will have to be approved by the Landmark Preservation Commission. The scheduled review date is set for March 5, 2019. James M. Patterson of Ancora Engineering is listed as the applicant of record.

Glass Facade Reaching Final Floors Atop 74 Trinity Place, in The Financial District

Work on the reflective exterior glass curtain wall of 74 Trinity Place is now less than ten floors away from reaching the tower’s 424-foot tall roof parapet. Now topped-out 26 stories above the Financial District, the project is being designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and developed by Trinity Real Estate. Stephen B. Jacobs Group is the executive architect.
