Five-Story Mixed-Use Project Planned For 31-19 37th Avenue, Long Island City

GP Keystand LLC has filed applications for a five-story, 10-unit mixed-use building at 31-19 37th Avenue, in northern Long Island City. The project will span 10,200 square feet, with nearly 2,400 square feet designated for retail use, and Angelo Ng + Anthony Ng Architects Studio is designing. An existing single-story commercial building must first be demolished.


797 Sterling Place

Seven Residential Units To Fill Void at 797 Sterling Place, Crown Heights

Ari Kirschrnbaum has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building at the vacant lot at 797 Sterling Place, in western Crown Heights. The project’s seven units will divide 6,935 square feet of residential space, and Suresh Manchanda, of L&C Associates, is designing. Back in 1999, the HDP demolished the site’s former three-story building.


250 South Street

First Look: Renderings for Extell’s 250 South Street

Extell’s new tower coming to 250 South Street received an on-site rendering a few months ago, but now YIMBY has the first up-close look at the project, as well as a few interiors. The building will rise on the site of an old Pathmark, and while it was initially expected to be 68 stories tall, it was reduced to 56 floors on the latest DOB filings.
