Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by MRR Development under the MRR 1326 LLC, the 346-foot-tall structure will yield 147 condominium units with an average scope of 1,156 square feet, as well as 5,000 square feet of lower-level retail space. ODA is also serving as the interior designer for the property, which is located at the corner of East 56th Street and Lexington Avenue with a narrow panhandle extension to East 57th Street.

Designed by JFA Architects and Engineers for Joel Weiss of Heartfelt Townhouse Build, the 254-foot-tall structure spans 720,248 square feet and yields 521 rental units with an average scope of 1,365 square feet, as well as 9,241 square feet of commercial space, 363 enclosed parking spaces, a cellar level, and a 30-foot-long rear yard. The formerly vacant property is located at the corner of 95th Avenue and 148th Street, directly adjacent to another new residential construction project at 94-15 Sutphin Boulevard.

816 58th Street Awaits Completion In Sunset Park, Brooklyn

Designed by S M Tam Architect, the 28,901-square-foot structure will yield nine residential units with an average scope of 711 square feet, as well as 16,568 square feet of commercial space, a cellar level, and a 5,931-square-foot community facility on levels two and three. The 90-percent complete project sold for $9.8 million this summer to an undisclosed buyer under the Sunrise Brooklyn LLC. The property is located on an interior lot between 8th and 9th Avenues.
