Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by RXR Realty, the tower will top out at 29 stories and comprise just under 289,000 square feet and yield 275 rental apartments, a 46,000-square-foot community facility, and a parking garage for up to 198 vehicles.

Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by The Torkian Group, the 370-foot-tall structure will yield 128 residential units with interiors by Lemay_id, as well as ground-floor retail space.
