Designed by FXCollaborative, the proposed development measures 387,000 gross square feet and includes residential area, a church, a small school, and commercial retail.

The 73-story, 1,066-foot-tall tower is designed by SHoP Architects and developed by JDS, the same duo behind 111 West 57th Street.
