Permits have been filed for a five-story residential building at 282 East 32nd Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site is three blocks from the Beverly Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. The station is the third to last stop before the end of the line at Flatbush Avenue, which also anchors a major commercial intersection. Solomon Schwimmer of Twin Group Associates will be responsible for the development.
New renderings for 325 Lafayette Street reveal sleek apartment interiors, communal amenities, and lobby spaces for the forthcoming residential property. Located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, the building is being designed by Aufgang Architects for developer Slate Property Group.
Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 67-01 Roosevelt Avenue, in Woodside, Queens. The lot is right near a commercial strip, which benefits from surrounding transit. Five blocks to the north is the 65th Street subway station, serviced by the R trains. Five blocks west is the Woodside train station, serviced by all twelve LIRR lines. United Realty is listed as responsible for the development.
Spotted a couple days ago, glass on the final section of One Manhattan Square, aka 252 South Street, has now reached the top of the 847-foot-tall tower, marking another major milestone of progress since work began back in 2015. Developed by Extell, and designed by Adamson Associates, it stands above the Lower East Side, and is directly adjacent to the Manhattan Bridge and the East River, along Cherry Street and Pike Slip.
