Filings Up For Five-Story, Four-Unit Condo Building At 78 Freeman Street, Greenpoint

In early June, YIMBY revealed renderings of Investmates’ planned five-story, four-condo-unit residential building at 78 Freeman Street, in northern Greenpoint, two blocks in from the East River. International Office of Architects is designing, while Murat Multu Architect is serving as the applicant of record. An existing two-story, two-unit townhouse must first be demolished.
