A new seven-story Passive House development will soon debut in the Charlotte Gardens section of The Bronx. The building is located at 1525-1527 Bryant Avenue and will eventually comprise over 12,200 square feet of residential area.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 373 Palmetto Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Irving Avenue and Ridgewood Place, the lot is steps from the Myrtle – Wyckoff Avenues subway station, serviced by the M and L trains. Elad Ben-Kimon under the 373 Palmetto LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Work is progressing on the loft conversion and two-story expansion of 168 Plymouth Street in the DUMBO, Brooklyn Historic District. Alloy Development is bringing 46 units to the 100-year-old structure that was once the home of the Concrete Daylight Factory, aka 42 Jay Street. Local developer Pi Capital Partners has revealed the first rendering of a seven-story mixed-use building at 86-15 Queens Boulevard in Elmhurst, Queens. Designed by Raymond Chan Architect, the property is expected to comprise 132,313 square feet.
Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 45-06 215th Place in Bayside, Queens. Located at the intersection of 215th Place and Northern Boulevard, the corner lot is closest to the Bayside station, serviced by the LIRR Port Washington line. Woodland Developments under the Dakota United Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
