Led by the founders of Peterson Rich Office, the core focus of the research focuses on the creation of healthier homes for the 600,000 New Yorkers who live in NYCHA apartments.

Located by the corner of Nassau and Beekman Streets directly across from Frank Gehry’s residential skyscraper at 8 Spruce Street, the site will eventually give rise to a 27-story mixed-use tower addressed as 126-132 Nassau Street.
