The fourth-tallest building on our year-end construction countdown is The Greenwich, a 912-foot-tall residential skyscraper at 125 Greenwich Street in Manhattan’s Financial District. Designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects and developed by Fortress Investment Group, Bilgili, and Bizzi & Partners, the 88-story structure will yield 273 condominium units designed by March & White (MAWD) and marketed by Douglas Elliman Marketing Development. Homes will range from studios to three-bedroom layouts with pricing starting at $1.15 million. Time Square Construction and Plaza Construction are the general contractors for the property, which is located at the corner of Greenwich and Thames Streets, just south of the World Trade Center complex and Liberty Park.

Designed by Meganom with SLCE Architects as the executive architect and developed by Boris Kuzinez of Five Points Development under the Five Points 262 Project LLC, the 56-story structure will yield 26 condominiums with an average scope of 3,200 square feet, including at least one quadruplex unit. GEA Consulting Engineers is the MEP engineer and CM & Associates Construction Management is the general contractor for the project, which located on a 5,000-square-foot plot on the southwest corner of Fifth Avenue and West 29th Street.
