Designed by A&T Engineering, the 16-unit building will yield 14,257 square feet. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $59,143 to $133,120.

Designed by Bricolage Designs, the 20-unit building will yield 35,667 square feet. Available on NYC Housing Connect are six units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income, ranging in eligible income from $61,715 to $159,640.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 3082 Villa Avenue in Bedford Park, Brooklyn. Located between Bedford Park Boulevard and East 204th Street, the interior lot is one block from the Bedford Park Boulevard subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Ramani Mariappan under the 860 Investors LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
A walk through the Midtown, Manhattan neighborhood of Chelsea revealed a surprising observation at the site of 251 West 14th Street. Construction on the once-stalled reinforced concrete edifice now appears partially topped-out, due to the ascendance of the steel that makes up the final upper cantilevering levels of the ground-up 11-story residential project. Designed by Isay Weinfield and FORM4 Design Studio PLLC, there will be a total of 25 condominiums. YIMBY last reported that Pizzarotti is in charge of the build, which is located along West 14th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.
