Seven months after the Galleria Mall in White Plains closed its doors, developers have revealed a seven-building residential complex to replace the shuttered building. The development team includes Pacific Retail Capital Partners (PRCP), The Cappelli Organization, SL Green Realty Corporation, and Aareal Bank.
Construction has topped out on 1 Park Row, a 23-story mixed-use building in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District. Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects and developed by Circle F Capital, which received a $90 million construction loan from Parkview Financial in 2021, the 305-foot-tall structure will yield 103,000 square feet with 58 condominium units in one- to three-bedroom layouts, along with 19,000 square feet of office and retail space on the lower levels. Cauldwell Wingate is the general contractor and 1 Park Row Development LLC is the owner of the property, which is located at the intersection of Park Row and Ann Street, directly across the southern tip of City Hall Park. Paris Forino is the interior designer and Ryan Serhant of SERHANT is leading sales and marketing.
Haussmann Development and Kriss Capital have secured a $38.5 million construction loan to complete a seven-story rental property at 827 Sterling Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by Issac & Stern Architects, the structure will yield 76 apartments, with 23 designated as affordable housing and financed through the now-expired 421-a tax abatement program. The property is located between Rogers and Nostrand Avenues.
Façade installation is nearing completion on Waterside at Xchange, a 25-story residential building in Secaucus, New Jersey. Designed by Perkins Eastman and developed by Fraternity Meadows, the 250,000-square-foot structure is also known as Building G in the 60-acre Xchange at Secaucus Junction complex and will yield 403 residences next to a four-story parking garage. Waterside at Xchange is the tallest component in the 1,538-unit transit-oriented master plan, and is located on a formerly undeveloped plot of land between the Hackensack River and Brianna Lane.
Construction is progressing on 58 Dupont Street, a four-story residential building in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Developed by 58 Dupont LLC, the structure will yield four units including a top-floor penthouse, a rooftop deck, and a cellar level. Mabe Group Inc. is the general contractor for the property, which is located on an interior lot between Manhattan Avenue to the east and Franklin Street to the west.
