Hornock Properties has revealed the amenity collection at Ivy and Green, the developer’s latest residential project at 1 Park Avenue in Hackensack, New Jersey. Designed by Minno & Wasko Architects, the amenities include both indoor and outdoor spaces that are meant to create a sense of community among tenants and an all-encompassing lifestyle experience.
Construction wrapped up last month on architecture firm FORMA’s first multi-residential project in New York City. Located at 163 Roebling Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, work on the 4,800-square-foot property consisted of a gut renovation and a vertical residential addition. Saffrock Investments LLC is the developer with construction by SAMA Construction and structural engineering by Murray Engineering.
Seventh Street Development Group has closed on a $62.25 million construction loan to complete a new mixed-use building at 1730 Bedford Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Designed by Rise Architecture, the building will top out at seven stories and comprise about 162,000 square feet.
Permits have been filed to expand a two-story structure into a five-story residential building at 729 Rogers Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Located between Linden Boulevard and Lenox Road, the lot is three blocks from the Winthrop Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Yosef Eliav is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Exterior work continues to progress on Anagram, a 25-story residential tower at 1 West 60th Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by INC Architecture & Design with SLCE Architects as the architect of record and developed by Global Holdings Management Group, the 281-foot-tall structure will span 180,813 square feet and yield 123 market-rate and affordable housing units with interiors by The Setting, as well as 20,000 square feet of retail space on the first two levels. Pavarini McGovern is the general contractor and DeSimone Consulting Engineers is the façade consultant for the property, which is alternatively addressed as 1841 Broadway and located at the corner of Broadway and West 60th Street, just north of Columbus Circle and the southwest corner of Central Park.
