Renderings have been revealed for 250 Flatbush Avenue, an eight-story mixed-use building at 250 Flatbush Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Designed by ZArchitecture PLLC and developed by Tolib Mansurov under the 250 Flatbush LLC, the 85-foot-tall structure will span 35,436 square feet and yield 20 condominium units with an average scope of 1,358 square feet. The project will also include 8,257 square feet of commercial space, a cellar level, and a 20-foot-long rear yard. The property is composed of several abutting interior parcels from 250 and 258 Flatbush Avenues between St. Mark’s Avenue and Prospect Place.

A new, taller design has been revealed for 112 Liberty Street, a 30-story residential tower in Manhattan’s Financial District. Designed by Nexus Architecture and developed by Hiwin Group, the structure will rise on a through-lot property bounded by Liberty Street and the World Trade Center complex to the north, and Cedar Street to the south.

Rendering Revealed For 414-Unit Tower at 260 North Avenue in New Rochelle, Westchester County

A new rendering has been unveiled for 260 North Avenue, a proposed 28-story residential tower in New Rochelle, Westchester County. Designed by Papp Architects for the 260 N LLC, the structure will yield 414 rental apartments in studio- to three-bedroom layouts. The project will also include a collection of amenities, a 432-vehicle parking garage, and nearly 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The 32,800-square-foot property is located at the corner of North Avenue and Huguenot Street.

500 East 81st Street’s Exterior Progresses on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

Exterior work is moving along on 500 East 81st Street, an 11-story residential building in the Yorkville section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by S20M and Zproekt Architecture and developed by Rybak Development, the 100-foot-tall structure will span 37,378 square feet and yield ten condominium units. The project will also include a parking garage and ground-floor retail space. The 3,104-square-foot property is located at the southeast corner of York Avenue and East 81st Street.

Twenty-five percent of the residences will be designated as affordable housing. The property is bounded by Pearl, Sands, and High Streets.
