Six-Story, 14-Unit Residential Project Coming To 3323 Sedgwick Avenue, Kingsbridge Heights

Putnam County-based Nush Rudaj has filed applications for a six-story, 14-unit residential building at 3323 Sedgwick Avenue, in Kingsbridge Heights, five blocks from the 1 train’s stop at 231st Street. The building will measure 9,915 square feet in total, which means units will average 708 square feet, indicative of rentals. Long Island-based Shahriar Afshari is the architect of record. The existing single-story brick home was filed for demolition this past June.

Up To 650 Apartments Proposed At 260 & 280 Wyckoff Street, Boerum Hill

The New York City Housing Authority has proposed to allow private developers to build mixed-income residential towers on two parking lots at the Wyckoff Gardens public housing facility, in Boerum Hill. According to DNAinfo, the development would total 550 to 650 residential units, and the buildings would be located at 260 and 280 Wyckoff Street. Real Estate Weekly reports the units would be half affordable and half market-rate. Resident meetings will be conducted over the next month.


111 Montgomery Street

Residential Development Potential At 111 Montgomery Street Site, Crown Heights

PWR Holdings has placed the development site at 111 Montgomery Street, in western Crown Heights, on the market with an asking price in the mid-$40 million, according to Commercial Observer. The 22,000 square-foot site boasts 168,000 square feet of development rights. New building applications were filed to build a 12-story, 173-unit apartment building on the property in March.
