Construction is wrapping up at the 63-story residential tower at 19 Dutch Street, formerly known as 118 Fulton Street, in the Financial District. The last time YIMBY covered the structure, it had just topped-out. Now, work is nearly complete, with the façade almost entirely installed. For now, the exterior hoist remains up, and installation of interiors is ongoing. Carmel Partners is responsible for the development.
Construction is moving along for the 22-story residential building at 511 East 86th Street, on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The project is in Yorkville, and is just two avenues away from the brand new 86th Street Subway Station, serviced by the Q trains. Sky Management is responsible for the development.
New plans have been unveiled for a residential tower located at the intersection of Halsey and Williams Streets, in Newark, New Jersey. The project, dubbed “Vibe,” is being built by Strategic Development Partners, and is set to bring 256 new residential units to market.
Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 1893 Crotona Avenue, in The Bronx’s Tremont neighborhood. The West Farms Square Subway Station is twelve blocks away to the east, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains, and the Tremont Avenue Train Station is seven blocks to the West, serviced by Metro North. Tenants will have quick access to Crotona Park, a 127-acre space described as being the most beautiful park in the borough. Edmond Haxhari will be the developer behind the project.
