Permits have been filed for an eleven-story residential building at 1777 Weeks Avenue in Mount Hope, The Bronx. The site is two blocks away from the 174-175th street subway station, serviced by the D trains. Marc Edelstein is listed as responsible for the development, and today, YIMBY has a look at the first renderings, with design by BMG Architect.
New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and the Department of Social Services has officially selected development partners to transform the historic Greenpoint Hospital site into an affordable housing block. In total, the Greenpoint Hospital campus measures 3.4 acres with a total of eight, mostly vacant structures.

Following the demolition of three low-rise apartment buildings in Kips Bay Manhattan, construction has kicked-off at 157-161 East 28th Street. New renderings have surfaced at the construction site for the property and reveal a departure from the originally announced red-brick structure.
