Property owner Tony Dagounakis has filed applications for an eight-story, 14-unit residential building at 23-25 Astoria Boulevard, in western Astoria. The 14 units will be spread across 11,150 square feet for an average unit size of nearly 800 square feet. Joseph Gulino’s Structural Engineering Systems is the applicant of record, and a three-story, three-unit townhouse must first be demolished.
Back in late April, YIMBY posted the first rendering for the ODA-designed tower coming to 75 Nassau Street, which is being developed by Lexin Capital. Now, we have a new set of images for the 40-story building, which will soon rise on the corner of Nassau and Fulton Streets in the Financial District.
Last fall, plans were filed for an eight-story apartment building at 15 Jackson Street, next to the BQE in Williamsburg. Now YIMBY has interior and exterior renderings for the project, which got its first round of building permits in January.
Second Development Services and Richport Group have acquired a new $28 million construction loan for their 11-story, six-condo-unit building under construction at 25 Great Jones Street/22 Bond Street, in NoHo, reports Commercial Observer. The project is being sculpted out of a previously half-way completed hotel structure, and BKSK Architects is designing. The $52 million project is proceeding, although behind schedule, and an opening date hasn’t been revealed yet.
In March, YIMBY revealed a rendering of Bizzi & Partners’ planned 25-story tower at 100 Varick Street, and now plans have been filed for the 290-foot-tall residential building at the corner of Watts Street in Hudson Square.
