Designed by Tafadzwa Mwandiambira of Baobab Architects, the project involves updates to both the front and rear façades of the existing three-unit Neo-Grec-style townhouse, including modifications to the attic story, areaway, and cellar access. Stern Architects and developed in a joint venture between Madison Realty Capital and City Urban Realty, the 241-foot-tall structure yields 14 condominium units. Designed by Thriven Design and developed by Green Pathway Urban Renewal LLC, the structure will yield 113 apartments, with 15 percent dedicated to affordable housing. The project will also include a ground-floor cafe. The 62,656-square-foot property is located at the corner of New Brunswick Avenue and Raymond Street, directly west of Green Oak Senior Housing, the first phase of the redevelopment.
