Construction is finishing up on Murray, a 35-story residential tower at 509 Third Avenue in Murray Hill, Manhattan. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Kahen Properties with Lalezarian Properties under the Third and Thirty Four LLC, the 386-foot-tall structure will span 166,917 square feet and yield 229 rental units with an average scope of 692 square feet, as well as 8,253 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and a private 30-foot-long yard. Charlton Development Group is the general contractor for the project, which is located at the corner of Third Avenue and East 34th Street.

Yatziv Corp. is the general contractor for the property, which was acquired by 304 Water LLC for $1.85 million in a deal brokered by Investment Property Realty Group. Construction is nearing topping out on 1 Park Row, a 23-story mixed-use building in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District. Designed by Fogarty Finger Architects and developed by Circle F Capital, which received a $90 million construction loan from Parkview Financial in 2021, the 305-foot-tall structure will yield 103,000 square feet with 58 condominium units in one- to three-bedroom layouts, along with 19,000 square feet of office and retail space on the lower levels. Cauldwell Wingate is the general contractor and 1 Park Row Development LLC is the owner of the property, which is located at the intersection of Park Row and Ann Street.
