Located between West 175th Street and West 176th Street, the lot is a few blocks west of the 176th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 train. Stagg Group under the 3069 Cannon Place LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

Façade work appears to have stalled on the topped-out mixed-use tower, which is designed by Marvel Architects and developed by Jenel Management. Located at the corner of Fulton Street and Flatbush Avenue, the 43-story project will yield 330,000 square feet, with 239,142 square feet spread across 327 residential units, as well as 71,844 square feet of commercial space and 22,054 square feet of retail on the podium floors. Zebian International Façade Solutions is the manufacturer for the glass and metal curtain wall.
