Sales have officially launched for Parlour, a new residential building in Park Slope, Brooklyn designed in collaboration by INC Architecture & Design with Fischer + Makooi. Located at 243 Fourth Avenue, the 12-story structure will contain 19 residences, including 16 half-floor units and three full-floor penthouses. The Jardim at 527 West 27th Street is an upcoming 11-story residential complex in Chelsea. It stands adjacent to Zaha Hadid’s 520 West 28th Street project. The new property has already topped out and almost all the exterior work is finished, with only minor touches awaiting completion on the ground level and top floors. Meanwhile, the interiors of the 36 units are being fitted out, each averaging 2,500 square feet. The 90,000-square-foot undertaking is being designed by Isay Weinfeld and developed by Centaur Properties and Pizzarotti.

Permits were recently filed for a new nine-story mixed-use residential building at 466 Flushing Avenue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Fariba Makooi of Fischer+Makooi Architects PLCC is the designer of the project, while Bac Group LTD is listed as the filing representative. The W Group of Brooklyn is listed as the owner of the property. The site sits on an 18,000-square-foot corner lot along the border of Williamsburg and Bedford-Stuyvesant. The closest subway is the G train at the Flushing Avenue subway station. The Brooklyn Queens Expressway (I-278) runs several blocks away to the west, providing easy access to the northbound and southbound lanes.

301 East 81st Street Tops Out As Brick Curtain Wall Installation Continues on the Upper East Side

Back in January, YIMBY released new renderings of 301 East 81st Street, aka 1562 Second Avenue that showed a two-story addition to the tower. Now, the upcoming residential building has topped out over the Upper East Side, as facade installation continues. Designed by Studio Sofield and SLCE Architects, the 215-foot-tall structure stands 19 stories high and is being developed by Icon Realty Management. There will be 28 condominiums, a second-floor amenity space, and future retail space on the cellar and ground floor.
