The foundations are taking shape at 148 East 78th Street on the Upper East Side, where a 205-foot-tall residential building is set to rise. Located at the corner of East 78th Street and Lexington Avenue, the structure is designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Midwood Management Corp. Construction workers are currently forming the reinforced concrete perimeter walls for the condominium project, which will yield 26 residences averaging 2,600 square feet each.

Work on the foundation and retaining walls is underway at 302 Broadway in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn in preparation for a six-story mixed-use building. Designed by Brooklyn-based design firm PAUL and developed by Kazi Billah, the 26,070-square-foot project will stand 65 feet tall and contain 5,790 square feet of ground-floor retail space, 5,790 square feet of medical offices on the second floor, a 12-car garage on the third floor, and 24 units from the fourth to sixth floors.
