CW Realty Management has filed proposals with the Department of Buildings to construct a residential property at 508 Graham Avenue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. If approved, the structure will comprise 24,500 square feet. Area specifically dedicated to residential use would measure 20,264 square feet divided among 30 rental units, for an average scope of 675 square feet apiece.
Exterior work is moving along on 329 Broadway, a 17-story mixed-use building in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Designed by Syndicate Architecture and developed by Parkview Management, the 195-foot-tall reinforced concrete structure spans 175,000 square feet and will contain 63 units, more than 59,000 square feet of retail area on the first two floors, and around 24,500 square feet of community facilities on the third and fourth floors. JLJ Capital recently provided $57 million in financing for the project.
After five years of development and construction, work on the 1.2-million-square-foot Denizen Bushwick is now complete. The residential campus is designed by ODA New York, which oversaw all aspects of the project including the exteriors, interior planning, and landscape design. All Year Management is the developer responsible for the project.
Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 1881-1887 McDonald Avenue in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Quentin Road and McDonald Avenue, the corner lot is one block south of the Avenue P subway station, serviced by the F train. Abe Betesh of the Abeco Organization is listed as the owner behind the applications. Abeco Construction will be the general contractor on the job.
Leasing has launched for the 421 units at Two Blue Slip, aka 41 Blue Slip, a 40-story residential tower on the East River waterfront in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Park Tower Group and Brookfield Property Partners, the reinforced concrete structure is the tallest completed building in the 22-acre Greenpoint Landing master plan, which is also being developed by L+M Development Partners.
