Mayer Meisels has filed applications for two residential buildings, each rising four stories, at 1557 45th Street in eastern Borough Park. The townhouses will have four apartments each, and the development’s eight total units will spread across 11,160 square feet. Kenneth Thomas is designing, and an existing two-story, two-unit building must first be demolished.

Four-Family Building Replacing Three-Unit Structure At 1420 56th Street, Borough Park

Mayer Meisels has filed an application, this time in southern Borough Park, for a four-story, four-unit residential building at 1420 56th Street. The new building will measure 5,510 square feet, and Kenneth Thomas is once again designing. The existing two-story, 4,100 square-foot building has three apartments, and demolition permits have yet to be filed.
