1 Park Point’s Façade Takes Shape in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn

Construction is quickly taking shape on 1 Park Point, a 13-story residential building in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by JEMB Realty, the 145-foot-tall structure will span 395,726 square feet and yield 375 rental units with an average scope of 798 square feet, as well as 5,388  square feet of retail space, 18,850  square feet for community space, a cellar level, and 106 enclosed parking spaces. Pavarini McGovern is the general contractor for the property, which was formerly addressed as  11 Ocean Parkway, is located on Machate Circle at the southwestern corner of Prospect Park, and bound by Ocean Parkway, Coney Island Avenue, and Caton Place.

57 Caton Place Tops Out in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn

Construction is progressing on 57 Caton Place, a nine-story residential building in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. Designed by Gene Kaufman Architect and developed by an Aview Equities affiliate, the 95-foot-tall structure will span 130,569 square feet and yield 131 apartments with 14 studios, 55 one-bedrooms, 57 two-bedrooms, and five three-bedroom units, as well as 12,990 square feet of retail space and 74 below-grade parking spaces. Jun’s Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is alternately addressed as 23 Ocean Parkway and bound by Ocean Parkway to the north and Caton Place to the south.

222 East Broadway Finishes Construction on Manhattan’s Lower East Side

Construction is about to wrap up on 222 East Broadway, a 28-story residential tower on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Optimum Asset Management, the 84,271-square-foot structure will yield 70 units in studio to four-bedroom layouts with interiors by Paris Forino and an average scope of 1,397 square feet. Mark K Morrison is the landscape architect and Cantor Pecorella is handling sales and marketing for the property, which is located by the corner of East Broadway and Clinton Street.
