Wolf Group Breaks Ground at 299 Chauncey Street in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn

Construction has begun on a mixed-use development at 299 Chauncey Street in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn. Five units described as “individual mini dollhouses” will be added onto an existing 6,020-square-foot structure, originally built in 1925. The new development will be positioned on the eastern side of the property, bringing the total number of units up to nine, with retail on the ground floor at the corner. Prestige Equity Holdings and Wolf Group & Partners are the developers, with design and construction being handled by Brooklyn-based design firm Raab Interiors.

Work on the façade and interiors of 40 East End Avenue is nearing completion on the Upper East Side. The 81,000-square-foot, 29-unit residential building is located at the corner of East 81st Street and will feature two- to five-bedroom apartments, a maisonette, and a duplex penthouse with a private rooftop terrace. Pricing for the residences will range from $3 million to $25 million. Deborah Berke Partners designed the 210-foot, 20-story project in collaboration with Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel Architects. Lightstone is the developer, while Corcoran Sunshine is responsible for sales and marketing.

Ironstate Development and KRE Group Launch Previews at 235 Grand Street in Jersey City

This week, Ironstate Development and KRE Group launched preview leasing of 235 Grand Street, which will soon be one of the tallest residential structures to debut on Jersey City’s Hudson River waterfront. The 46-story tower is set to offer a collection of 549 apartments with an assortment of amenities. Designed by HLW International, the development is expected to grant occupancy by September 2019.
