Permits have been filed by an anonymous LLC for a new three-story commercial building at 1 Park Row, in the Financial District. The site is in a prime location for retail, with proximity to the Fulton Street Station, the World Trade Center’s Oculus transit hub, as well as several other subway stops for just about every subway line that runs through Manhattan. The site is right on the southern tip of Steven Flanders Square, home to City Hall.

Hill West Architects are responsible for the design, and the the 23-story tower has been dubbed “Exhibit,” in recognition of the curated photographic art exhibition on permanent display throughout the lobby, hallways, and amenity areas.
