Construction has topped out at 219 Hudson Street, a ten-story mixed-use building in Hudson Square. Designed by Rawlings Architects and developed by the Joel Braver, the project will yield 14 residential units, ground-floor retail space, and a community facility. The site is located at the crossroads of Broadway and Canal Street, just to the west of the entrance to the Holland Tunnel.
GF55 Architects has released final exterior renderings of 8 Palmetto Street, a new mixed-use residential building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located at the intersection of Broadway and Palmetto Street, the new property stands seven stories tall and comprises nearly 104,000 square feet.

The 2.6-acre green space surrounds the towers of Waterline Square, a three-tower residential complex from GID Development Group on the waterfront of Manhattan’s Upper West Side. New renderings have been revealed for ODA Architecture‘s 2505 Broadway, a 19-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Created by MOSO Studio, the renderings depict the upper and ground-floor levels of the structure, which is topped out at the corner of Broadway and West 93rd Street. ODA is also designing the interiors of the property and its 44 residential units, averaging 1,934 square feet apiece. Tomer Yogev of Adam America Real Estate is the developer for the 75,000-square-foot structure, which will also feature 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing for the project.
The Vantage at 33 Park Avenue is among the latest high-rise residential developments to reach completion in Jersey City. From Fisher Development Associates, the first building in the dual-tower development was completed in 2017 and the second tower will launch leasing this spring.
