Alternately addressed as 197 Tenth Avenue, the 33,662-square-foot structure is designed by Annabelle Selldorf of Selldorf Architects and developed by Brantwood Capital, and will yield ten units and 1,959 square feet of ground-floor retail space. City agencies are now reviewing proposals from BRP Companies to construct a new 14-story mixed-use building at 270 Nostrand Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Before construction can begin, the developer needs to secure zoning text amendments for an increase in allowable building height and density.
