Developed by Prosper Property Group, the 23,500-square-foot structure will yield 25 rental apartments spread across roughly 22,500 square feet, along with residential amenity space and a small commercial space on the ground floor.
Tree planting has begun as landscaping work progresses on Gansevoort Peninsula Park, a 5.5-acre public recreational space along the Hudson River waterfront off the West Village. Designed by James Corner Field Operations and commissioned by the Hudson River Park Trust, the park will feature a soccer field surrounded by numerous pathways, stepped seating, a children’s playground, kayak slips, a salt marsh, a dog run, viewing platforms, and Manhattan’s first public sandy beach.
Construction is coming to a close on 130 William Street, a 66-story residential skyscraper in the Financial District. Designed by David Adjaye of Adjaye Associates and developed by Lightstone, the 800-foot-tall structure yields 242 units marketed by Corcoran Sunshine, with prices ranging from $1,300,000 for a one-bedroom apartment to $20,000,000 for a four-bedroom, full-floor penthouse. Hill West Architects served as architect of record for the property, which is bound by William, Fulton, and Gold Streets. Occupancy has already begun as finishing touches wrap up on the exterior.
The affordable housing lottery has launched for 524 East 14th Street, a seven-story residential building known as EVGB in Manhattan’s East Village. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle and developed by Extell Development Company, the structure yields 54 units within 253,432 square feet. Available on NYC Housing Connect is a waiting list to fill current and future vacancies for 50 units at 70 to 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $38,195 to $187,330.

Titanium Construction Services is the general contractor for the property, which is located on a relatively narrow 5,000-square-foot site bound by Christopher Street to the north and Barrow Street to the south.
