Fisher Brothers, Witkoff, and New Valley have closed on a $445 million construction loan for their planned 58-story, 157-condo-unit luxury tower at 111 Murray Street, in Tribeca. YIMBY brought you new renderings of the Kohn Pedersen Fox-designed building last month, and David Mann is designing the interiors; retail space will also measure 2,100 square feet on the ground floor.

The structure will measure 24,975 square feet, and units will average a rental-sized 755 square feet. The property owner is listed as 399 E8 Development LLC, and Akeeb Shekoni’s Askion Architects is designing. The project should wrap up and open for occupancy by 2016.

Silvershore Properties has acquired the four-story mixed-use building at 149 Rivington Street, on the Lower East Side, for $2.8 million. The firm plans to overhaul and expand the building, according to Bowery Boogie. Two stories will be added on top, and two duplex apartments and retail units will be carved out of the existing structure. Permits have yet to be filed with the DOB.
