Exterior work is nearing completion on 77 Greenwich Street, a 42-story mixed-use residential skyscraper in the Financial District. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Trinity Place Holdings, the 500-foot-tall project will yield 90 condominiums ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts with interiors designed by Deborah Berke Partners.
The Landmarks Preservation Commission recently reviewed applications for an exterior renovation of a 19th century rowhouse and stable building in Manhattan’s historic Meatpacking District. The neighboring structures are located at 49 and 51 Gansevoort Street and will serve as a flagship location for luxury retailer Loro Piana. Together, the properties will share the address 3 Ninth Avenue.
Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 301 Broome Street on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Located between Eldridge Street and Forsyth Street, the interior lot is one block north of the Grand Street subway station, serviced by the B and D trains, and one block south of Bowery station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Winnie Lee under the 301 Broome Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Construction has topped out at West 14th Street, aka 531 Sixth Avenue, a 13-story mixed-use residential building designed by ODA Architecture. Gemini Rosemont is developing the 145-foot-tall project, which is located at the corner of Sixth Avenue and West 14th Street at the northern end of Greenwich Village. Whitehall Interiors is incharge of interior design.
Foundations for Gene Kaufman Architect‘s ten-story commercial office building at 76 Eighth Avenue are taking shape. Developed by Sang Lee, Noviprop, and Plus Development, the 35,000-square-foot, 120-foot-tall structure is located at the intersection of Eighth Avenue and West 14th Street on the border of the Meatpacking District and West Village neighborhoods.
