One Wall Street’s Residential Conversion and Retail Addition Progresses in Financial District

The residential conversion and retail addition at One Wall Street continues to take shape in the Financial District. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Macklowe Properties, the projected $1.5 billion undertaking is the largest office-to-condominium conversion in New York City history. In addition to the creation of 566 residential units with sales handled and marketed by CORE, the project will also add a 44,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market and a Life Time fitness center to the lower levels of the building.

Construction Completed at 200 West 11th Street in the West Village

Work is now complete at 200 West 11th Street, a five-story residential building at the five-way intersection of West 11th Street, Seventh Avenue, and Greenwich Avenue in the West Village. The project is designed by SRA Architecture + Engineering and developed by The Jackson Group, which began leasing late last summer. Interior design was led by Ovadia Design Group and features contemporary material finishes, exposed concrete ceilings and structural beams, and large floor-to-ceiling windows. Jason Haber of Warburg Realty handled the property’s three rentals.

202 Broome Street’s Curtain Wall Reaches Final Tiered Setback, on the Lower East Side

The glass curtain wall of 202 Broome Street has reached the final setback of the 14-story mixed-use building on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Designed by CetraRuddy, the property will feature 175,000 square feet of Class A offices with a max of 13-foot-high ceilings, 34,500 square feet of retail space, 83 residential units, and a 9,000-square-foot indoor park and recreation area called Broome Street Gardens. The project is part of the six-acre Essex Crossing complex, which is being developed by Delancey Street AssociatesBFC Partners, L+M Development PartnersTaconic Investment PartnersThe Prusik Group, and Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group.
