Sales have launched for 101 West 14th Street, a 13-story residential project from ODA’s New York design studio on the border of Chelsea and Greenwich Village. Developed by Gemini Rosemont, the structure will yield 44 condominium residences. Nestseekers International’s Serhant Team is leading the sales and marketing of the units, which start at $1.35 million for a one-bedroom home.
Curtain wall work is progressing on the Tin Building, a 53,000-square-foot market structure on the rebuilt Pier 17 in the South Street Seaport District. Designed by SHoP Architects and developed by Howard Hughes Corporation with Plaza Construction as construction manager, the project will feature a seafood-themed market by Jean-Georges Vongerichten, the main tenant of the property.

Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Macklowe Properties, the projected $1.5 billion undertaking is the largest office-to-condominium conversion in New York City history. When complete, the property will yield 566 residential units with sales handled and marketed by CORE, as well as a 44,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market and a Life Time fitness center on the lower levels.
Façade work is closing in on completion at 77 Greenwich Street, a 42-story mixed-use skyscraper in the Financial District. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Trinity Place Holdings, the 500-foot-tall project is slated to yield a total of 90 condominiums ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts with interiors designed by Deborah Berke Partners.
Construction is nearing completion on Bloom on Forty Fifth , a 92-unit residential building located at 500 West 45th Street in Hell’s Kitchen, is nearing the end of construction. Designed by Marvel Architects and developed by Xin Development International, the property is located between West 44th and West 45th Streets on a plot formerly occupied by a gas station. Kuafu Properties is the project manager and Leeding Builders Group is overseeing construction on the project. The property was formerly addressed as 615 Tenth Avenue.
