New renderings are out for 540 Hudson Street, a seven-story mixed-use building proposed in Greenwich Village. The site is two blocks away from the Christopher Street Station, serviced by the PATH Train, and the Christopher Street Subway Station, serviced by the 1 and 2 trains. The project would fill a vacant lot in the heart of the village. Morris Adjmi Architects will be responsible for the undulating design.

Permits have been filed for a nine-story mixed-use building at 39-14 114th Street in the North Corona neighborhood of Queens. The site is right on the edge of the Citi Field station area, and a few blocks North of the expansive Flushing Meadows Corona Park. The 111th Street Subway Station is two blocks away, serviced by the 7 trains. Eight blocks away is Flushing Bay Promenade. King’s Empire Group LLC will be responsible for the development.

YIMBY has the latest on progress at the Robert A.M. Stern Architects-designed 250 West 81st Street, on the Upper West Side, which has finally topped-out at 209 feet, right on schedule. The new building fits neatly in the neighborhood, with a myriad of classical sensibilities embellishing the façade as well as the interiors. Alongside the topping-out, a slew of new interior renderings have also been revealed.
