Brownstoner spotted renderings posted on-site at 59-63 North 6th Street, in Williamsburg, where a single-story, 7,500 square-foot commercial building is planned, and was filed with the DOB last November. The development site is vacant, and excavators are on site, so completion can be expected by 2016 if work begins imminently. Flushing-based Victor K. Han is designing.
Real Estate Weekly has revealed renderings of the two-story, 40,000 square-foot retail building being developed by Blumenfeld Development Group at the vacant lot of 925 Hunts Point Avenue, in northern Woodstock along the Bruckner Expressway.
