Renderings revealed for the new 25-story high-rise in West SoHo. Tahir Demircioglu, founder of the architectural firm Builtd, designed the 287-feet tall structure. TF Cornerstone’s new Hunters Point South Towers are finally getting ready to rise. The developer acquired the site back in 2013, and there have been major alterations to initial plans, including a substantial height increase for the two towers, designed by ODA Architecture.
Permits have been filed by an anonymous LLC for a new three-story commercial building at 1 Park Row, in the Financial District. The site is in a prime location for retail, with proximity to the Fulton Street Station, the World Trade Center’s Oculus transit hub, as well as several other subway stops for just about every subway line that runs through Manhattan. The site is right on the southern tip of Steven Flanders Square, home to City Hall.
