Designed by Marvel Architects and developed by Xin Development International, the property is located between West 44th and West 45th Streets on a plot formerly occupied by a gas station. Kuafu Properties is the project manager and Leeding Builders Group is overseeing construction on the project. The property was formerly addressed as 615 Tenth Avenue.
